I am a PhD student at Constructor University Bremen, fellow at Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences (BIGSSS), and a member of the project “Economic Empire”.

Focusing on Malaysia and Thailand as case studies, I explore how China’s industrial policy in green energy and the global expansion of China’s green energy companies reshapes its international relations. I earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Bamberg and a master’s degree in Politics and Society of Eastern Asia from Tübingen University, during which time I went on research stays at Xi’An Jiaotong University and National Taiwan University. From September 2025 to June 2026, I am a visiting student at the School of International Studies, Peking University.
